About Penny Halpin
I love hearing about and working with providers who are passionate about their work and the difference they bring to the sector.
I have previously worked as a senior manager for a national certification body, where I was responsible for the technical review of thousands of audit reports and made certification decisions and provider recommendations across key Australian schemes, including the NDIS and HSQF. As an unapologetic data nerd, I also excel at building business intelligence dashboards from scratch to give leaders the live, operational oversight they need to lead with confidence.
By pairing my certification experience with my skills in data analytics and visualisation, I’m excited to bring a fresh approach to quality and safeguarding in our sector.
